Refund Policy

This policy is offered by AFCT Arcade, operated from Arizona, United States. It describes how you can get your money back if you change your mind about a donation.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you change your mind about a donation to AFCT Arcade, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the payment date. This applies to each monthly Supporter payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your payment receipt email.

Cancelling your monthly donation

You can cancel your $5/month donation at any time through paddle.net or the link in your receipt. Cancelling stops future payments; payments within the last 30 days can still be refunded on request.
